Staying Active is Not That Tough | Reduce Your Inactive Time | Seven Simple Ideas that Can Help You Stay Active All Day Even On A Busy Day

Hi, busy bees, welcome back to my blog! This blog is about simple activities to keep yourself active all day even on a busy day. Research has shown that simply avoiding inactivity can make a difference. Here, I will tell you that how even doing simple activities can help you stay active.

  1. Take Deep Breaths: You can do this at any time of the day and even multiple times in a day. You can do this even while working at home or office or while making your food, or while making your bed, or any other activity. This will ultimately help you send adequate oxygen to each cell of the body leading to an increase in your focus, improve memory, feel refreshing, and energetic. When you will practice it regularly, you will start feeling the power of deep breaths.

  1. Walk While Talk Over Phone: Make a habit of walking while talking over the phone. You can take a small walk in your home in the living room or balcony area, etc. This can be a good idea for you if you don’t easily get time to walk or don’t have a habit of walking. So, next time when your phone rings, take the call and start walking while talking over the phone.

  1. Dance: Dancing for about 10 to 15 minutes can help you stay active. For me, dancing is the best exercise for people of any age and is the most likable activity. You can choose any song of your choice and move along with the song. This will simply make you happy and relaxed from inside. This will ultimately increase your focus and interest in anything you do.

  1. Stretch While You are On the Bed: Start doing simple stretching exercises just after waking up in the morning while still on the bed and at night when you go to bed before you fall asleep. Stretching only for 5 to 10 minutes will help relax your joints and will refresh you for the morning time and calms your mind for a good night’s sleep

  1. Go for a Walk With Your Kids or Pets: You can simply hold your kid’s hand and go for a walk either outside of your home to a nearby garden or simply in your living room or balcony area. Use this time to talk to your kid about his/her daily activities or school activities, etc. It has double benefits that you can have a slot of about 10 to 15 minutes to talk to your kids and that you are walking a few steps for your own health.

  1. Play With Your Kids or Pets: You can just plan a 10 to 15 minutes slot to play with your kids or your pets. This is also a very good way to plan your active time for good health.

  1. Exercise While Watching TV: You can combine your TV watch time with your exercise time or yoga time. So, from today on words, make a habit of exercising while watching your favorite TV shows.
